Following the Prime Ministers announcement on Tuesday evening, we are closing our office with immediate effect. Please rest assured that we will continue to process payments, withdrawals and loans. Please bear with us as we settle into doing things in a different way. It would assist if you could keep phone calls to a minimum be assured we are open and please see previous update for answers to some common questions.
From Wednesday 25th March we will be changing our contact arrangements to help us manage this unprecedented situation.
· we will be available to answer phone calls on 01743 252325 between 10.00 am and 2.30pm
· we will accept withdrawals by e-mail to info@justcreditunion.org.
Please note – we will use a number of methods to verify identification and account details which may involve asking you for further information.
Please include in your e-mail;
– membership number (or full name}
– amount requested
– the last 4 digits (only) of your bank account number
– a contact telephone number (so we can contact you for any verification)
Membership and loan applications can be made on our website www.justcreditunion.org and we have made arrangements so that loan agreements can be sent by secure e-mail and signed digitally.
