Christmas Dates
If you want to apply for a loan in time for Christmas, the final date to apply is Monday 15th December 2025.
You can apply for a loan after this date but we cannot guarantee you will receive a decision before Christmas.
- Christmas Eve: Open 9.30am to 3pm
- Christmas Day: Closed
- Boxing Day: Closed
- 29 December: Closed
- 30 December: Open 9.30am to 3pm
- New Year’s Eve: Open 9.30am to 3pm
- New Year’s Day: Closed
- We open with normal hours from Friday 2 January.
Please note all our services remain open online and we will respond to applications and enquiries during opening times.
